Candace King Weir founded C.L. King & Associates in 1972. As Founder and President of one of the first woman-owned broker/dealer FINRA-registered firms, she has directed the growth and development of C.L. King into a well-respected institutional research boutique and investment bank. Ms. Weir began her career in 1968 as an associate in corporate finance with Blyth & Co. In 1984, C.L. King began managing money for high-net-worth clients and successful entrepreneurs. Ms. Weir also founded an investment advisory business, Paradigm Capital Management, in 1994. She serves as Director, President and Chief Investment Officer for Paradigm Capital Management. Ms. Weir received her BA from Vassar College.

Anne Serewicz joined C.L. King in 2014 and is Head of the Investment Banking Group. Ms. Serewicz is responsible for relationship management and the team’s banking and capital markets business development efforts with large and middle market corporations, including bond underwriting, initial public offerings and brokerage services such as share repurchase. Ms. Serewicz is an 18 year veteran of Citigroup and HSBC with extensive international and cross-border financing expertise.
She has executed over 100 transactions across multiple countries and has worked on investment banking and capital markets transactions representing more than $200Bn of securities. Prior to C.L. King, Ms. Serewicz was Managing Director at CastleOak Securities and prior to that at Blaylock Robert Van; also in relationship development for Investment Banking and Capital Markets. At HSBC, as Managing Director and Head of US Retail Industry Group, she focused on North American and Asian business opportunities with retailers and distribution companies. Prior to which, Ms. Serewicz spent 13 years with Citigroup in increasingly senior roles in New York, NY and Paris, France. Ms. Serewicz holds an Masters in Finance from ESCP Europe in Paris, France and a BA from Northwestern University in Evanston, IL.
Rob Benton joined C.L. King in 2001 as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to C.L. King, Mr. Benton was at KeyCorp, lastly as Director of Finance for its Electronic and Technology Services business, having held positions of increasing responsibility in corporate and division finance at the firm since 1986. Before KeyCorp, Mr. Benton was with KPMG. He earned a BS in Accounting and Finance from the University of Vermont and is a CPA.

Andrew P. Wolf, who joined C.L. King in 2021 as a Senior Analyst covering food merchandising and restaurant sectors, has over 25 years of Wall Street experience.
