C.L. King acted as a Co-Manager for Eli Lilly and Company in its $4.5 billion 4-Part Bond Offering including $1.15Bn of 3.375% notes due 3/15/2029, $850mm of 3.875% notes due 3/15/2039, $1.5Bn of 3.95% notes due 3/15/2049 and $1Bn of 4.15% notes due 3/15/2059.

The issue is rated A2/A+.
