C.L. King acted as Jr. Co-Manager for two tranches of The Boeing Company $4.9B 4-part Senior Unsecured Notes including the $1bn 1.950% notes due 2/1/24 and $1.4bn 2.750% notes due 2/1/26. Boeing also issued $1.1bn 3.250% notes due 2/1/28 and $1.4bn 3.625% notes due 2/1/31.
