King acted as Co-Manager for General Motors Financial Company in its $2.25B 3-part debt offering consisting of $500M 5.00% 2yr Senior Notes due 7/15/2027, $1B 5.45% 5yr Senior Notes due 7/15/2030, and $750M 6.15% 10yr Senior Notes due 7/15/2035. GM Financial is the wholly owned captive finance subsidiary of General Motors (NYSE:GM). These issues were rated Baa2/BBB/BBB.
