C.L. King acted as Co-Manager for Uber Technologies Inc in its €4.5B 5-part SEC registered debt offering consisting of €750M 3.75% 3yr Senior Unsecured Notes due 9/15/29, €1B 4.125% 6yr Senior Unsecured Notes due 9/15/32, €1B 4.375% 8yr Senior Unsecured Notes due 9/15/34, €1B 4.75% 12yr Senior Unsecured Notes due 9/15/38 and €750M 5.25% 20yr Senior Unsecured Notes due 9/15/46. These issues were rated Baa1/BBB+/A-. This marked Uber’s inaugural euro-denominated offering.
