CL King Co-Manages AerCap Common Stock Offering

CL King acted as a Jr. Co-Manager in a public offering of 71.2 million shares of AerCap common stock owned by AIG. The offering was priced at $49 per share and raised $3.5 billion. The underwriters have an option to purchase an additional 10.7 million shares from the selling shareholder.
