CL King Co-Manages Alibaba IPO

CL King acted  as Junior Co-Manager in the IPO of Alibaba, the leading e-commerce business in China.  We were one of 34 underwriters raising $25 billion by offering 368 million shares (including the over-allotment option).  The offering was priced at $68 per share.  The ticker is BABA.
